As Winchester is small city with the university located centrally a bike is a great cheap way to get about,although parts of student letting land is hilly. Winchester is an upmarket city with a number of bars located in the centre and two nightclubs called Bar Bone and Porterhouse. Most students will not want to miss the popular “Bop” which is held every Wednesday in the student Union.
