Local Shops and restaurants
Teddington is situated between Twickenham and Kingston and is a peaceful town with a high street running through the middle harbouring an array of bars, a mixture of smaller local shops and more established stores, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Kingston is also not far and offers a bustling market town and major shopping district situated on the River Thames. Popular retail stores line the high street and there is a large shopping mall at The Bentall Centre.
Entertainment is organised by the SU President on a weekly basis in the Students' Union bar and hall. This includes a 'pub to club' night with bus travel to Kingston, karaoke, a quiz night, and a disco each Wednesday for all the clubs and societies. It is normally a themed night for those who enjoy fancy dress.
